One staple item that we seem to eat a lot is rice. My boys love rice and since they can be picky eaters, I tend to push what they like on them. I am not even sure why they like rice so much but they do. I tried to switch to typical whole grain pasta that is brown since I was looking for a healthier version but my boys didn’t want to have anything to do with it. Well now with Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain White Rice, I can sneak in fiber and whole grains.
My boys can’t even taste a difference and actually my husband didn’t notice either. I just slipped it on their plates and the whole box was eaten up! We used it with stir fry and it was delicious! I love that Uncle Bens has made this newest addition and it is now easier for me to add healthy side dishes.
